Something I have a personal interest in is the welfare of the many, many children who are never afforded the opportunity to experience their lives on earth. One major contributing factor to this is the millions of pregnancy miscarriages which occur every year.
The evidence and research around the cause of miscarriage is notoriously unsatisfying. Miscarriage is the most common pregnancy ‘complication’. Although scientists keep searching for causes, there is no widely accepted understanding available to assist in reducing the incidence of miscarriage.
I have personally experienced a miscarriage. The event exposed so many painful and dark emotions which felt terrifying to feel, and which I believed I could not possibly survive. Feelings of worthlessness as a woman, self-loathing and rage, despair and emptiness. Feelings I had been desperately trying to avoid through various means, my whole life. What became clear was that much of the pain I was experiencing was not about my love for the child, but rather what I was wanting from the child. What I felt I had lost through their passing.
Through the teachings of Divine Truth I have found truthful, logical and comprehensive information about God, God’s Laws which govern the universe, and the nature of the human soul. Universal laws can help us to understand how an unborn child’s sensitive and feeling soul responds to its parent’s emotional state. I have been lucky enough to receive personal help and assistance from Jesus and Mary, the teachers of Divine Truth, who have helped me to understand the causes within me of my miscarriage.
Truth truly shines a light in the darkness, and creates the potential for change, growth and love.
Miscarriage is not a mystery. God carefully designed our universe to be governed by laws which create safety, predictability, and consistency. If we come to understand these loving laws, we can make sense of events in our lives that are painful, or might seem inexplicable.
We can learn the truth about why women miscarry, and we can heal the true cause.
I have created a website, lightonmiscarriage.com, which is dedicated to sharing information and conducting research about pregnancy miscarriage. If you have experienced a miscarriage, or would like to learn more about the topic, I hope it is a place you can find truthful, heartfelt and helpful information. If you would like to help me with my research, there is a survey you can fill out.
Life circumstances, childhood experiences, and emotional beliefs are unique to each person. However, it is my goal to gather enough data from mothers and fathers who experience miscarriage, to highlight common themes and causative factors, as governed by the laws of the universe.
This information will be collected and analyzed, in order to share with people about the causes of miscarriage, and how miscarriage can be prevented.
